How to Convert Videos to SWF with Player Controls/Controller/Control bar?

I made a video and converted it from avi to swf. Then made a player with controls in flash cs5. Uploaded the swf files to my server. The video plays great on my blog site. Only problem is that the controls don’t show up. If I go to my swf file directly on the web it plays fine with the controls, just not in my blog site. Any help?
