Oracle still requires 211 million dollars from SAP

The U.S. company Oracle, one of the largest manufacturers of software companies in the world, wants to obtain from its German rival SAP new damage in case of infringement of copyright which has already obtained compensation of 1.3 billion dollars the German company, writes Blooomberg.
The company aims to obtain an amount of 211 million dollars to be paid on top of 1.3 billion, according to a document filed in court at the end of last week by Oracle.
Both sides have already agreed Oracle and SAP will pay 120 million dollars – that Oracle attorneys’ fees. German software company Oracle has rejected the legitimacy to claim damages in this case in November.
